Concept

A courtyard house, not a front lawn

Two ways to sit the house on the plot. We recommend keeping the mango tree and shifting the court 1.2 metres west.

• Keep the mango treeThe court shifts west. The tree stays. This is the one you chose.
• Open lawn to the streetThe tree would have to go.
